I can see how it would help hone one's skills.
Have you ever been to my DA site? If not, I think you might enjoy it. I'm a professional muralist.
I use actual paint & brush. I have done some digital for fun, but I'm slow at it.
If and when you do go check out my gallery, I have everything separated into categories, so you could see just the digital if that is your interest.
I have Photoshop 6 and Illustrator 10 and Dimensions 3 and I have a MAC OSX with Tiger operating system. Of course my old photoshop program works in Classic Environment 9. Even though these programs are old, they are more than enough to produce some wicked stuff if I want to. When I get my new MAC in about a year from now, I am getting the latest programs at that time. In the meantime I will continue to self-teach everything I can concerning these older programs.
Tell me what you think of my digital work. I would love to get some feedback from you.
PS ~ Please don't be offended by my political postings when visiting my site... I am a bit outspoken and tend to irritate some people.
